Thank you for choosing EverThread. Every EverThread digital gift is personalized and created specifically for the customer using the content provided during the ordering process. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Nature of Our Products
EverThread provides personalized digital gifts that are custom-created based on customer-provided content including photographs, videos, voice notes, written messages, music links and other personal memories.
As every product is uniquely created for an individual recipient, it cannot be resold or reused.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only if work on the digital gift has not yet begun.
Once the personalization or creation process has started, the order cannot be cancelled because it involves custom work specifically requested by the customer.
3. Refund Policy
Since EverThread products are personalized digital products, refunds are generally not available after the personalization process has commenced or the digital gift has been delivered.
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Payment was successful but the order could not be completed by EverThread.
- The purchased digital gift cannot be delivered because of a verified technical issue on our platform.
- Any other situation where EverThread determines that a refund is appropriate.
4. Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient details and correct uploaded content.
EverThread is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect information submitted during the order process.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing your digital gift due to a technical issue caused by EverThread, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide an alternative delivery method where possible.
6. Refund Processing Time
Where a refund is approved, the amount will normally be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Actual credit timelines depend upon your bank or payment provider.
